As work continues on both sides of the Cypress Creek Town Center (CCTC) Development of Regional Impact (DRI) off S.R. 56, it comes as no surprise that more and more potential tenants are filing preliminary paperwork with Pasco County.
Representatives from the Kohl’s department store chain have submitted papers with for a 55,000-sq.ft. retail store on the north side of S.R. 56 at the intersection with Wesley Chapel Blvd. (aka S.R. 54).
A meeting is scheduled between Kohl’s representatives and Pasco County planners for April 28. Kohl’s is the first retailer announced for the north side of CCTC, across S.R. 56 from the bustling site of the Tampa Premium Outlets, mall which is expected to open in October.
