New Medical Offices On The Rise In Wesley Chapel

Wesley Chapel already is home to multiple major medical facilities, but still more are planned for our area.

The first is planned for the Super Target parking lot, just north of County Line Rd. According to preliminary site plans submitted to Pasco County, Urgent Care Developers of Wesley Chapel, LLC, is planning a 5,235-sq.-ft. medical clinic north and west of the corner of Bruce B. Downs (BBD) Blvd. and County Line Rd. and just north of the existing outparcel strip center with Anytime Fitness.

A representative from the developer declined to comment because the project is still in its very preliminary stages.

Just two miles north of the Urgent Care project on BBD, Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel (FHWC) is planning a $78-million expansion to its 80-bed facility and Florida Medical Clinic (FMC) is constructing a new 85,000-sq.-ft. facility just north of the Shops at Wiregrass. 

In addition, Dr. Mark Farina, who currently has an orthodontic practice in the Palm Villa Center next to the Shoppes of Amberly on Amberly Dr. in Tampa Palms, is planning a three-story, 16,000-sq.-ft. medical building for the Wiregrass Ranch area, between the new FMC location and FHWC.
