The last time Iโ€ˆwrote about Wolfโ€™s Den restaurant owner Roger Wolf, I was telling you about the passing of Rogerโ€™s beloved wife Patty (โ€œPatty Wolf – The Smile &โ€ˆSpirit Of Wolfโ€™s Den – Remembered At Memorial,โ€ March 16, 2013) from ovarian cancer.

Fast forward just seven short months and a lot has happened at Wolfโ€™s Den, which Roger and Iโ€ˆlike to call โ€œWesley Chapelโ€™s Neighborhood Diner,โ€ located on S.R. 56, in front of Samโ€™s Club.

The man who was among the first U.S. troops to serve in Vietnam nearly 50 years ago (when he was just 17) has been looking for the best way to expand his hours and menu at one of our areaโ€™s most successful mom-and-pop eateries.

Itโ€™s 6 p.m. on a Monday. You want to make it from October through the holidays without gaining weight or feeling the stress of the season. You slide into the studio after fighting rush hour traffic just in time for a yoga class and manage to find a tiny spot on the floor amidst a class of more than 20 students. This does not feel very relaxing. You are not feeling very โ€œZen.โ€
