The body of a missing Orlando woman has been discovered in nearby Hillsborough River State Park.

According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), around 10:15 a.m. on July 25, Darcy Arlene Miller, 30, of Windermere, left her condo in her white Honda Fit, never to return.

HCSO reports that Miller contacted members of her family around 12:30 p.m., telling them that she was going shopping at the Mall at Millenia in Orlando. Family members say that Miller did not have her prescribed medication with her and that it was unusual for her to be out of contact for so long.

Miller’s vehicle was discovered in the Hillsborough River State Park, located off U.S. Hwy. 301, in nearby Thonotosassa. Detectives called off the search just before 11 p.m. when the body of a white female was discovered deep in the park.

HCSO states that the cause of death is still pending and will be determined through an autopsy, but that it doesn’t appear that foul play was a factor.
