Brookline Physical Therapy Now Open

Whether you’re trying to recover from surgery, rehabilitating an injury or you just want to get into great physical condition, owner John Esguerra, PT, MS, is proud to announce the opening of Brookline Physical Therapy, Wesley Chapel’s newest and most modern physical therapy studio, in the Cypress Glen Professional Park off S.R. 56.

Esguerra, a Long Island, NY, native and avid fisherman who lives in Tarpon Springs, got his M.S. degree from Boston University. He says he and his partners spared no expense to open a spacious studio with a unique workout floor that is more forgiving on his patients’ knees that is stocked with state-of-the-art fitness and rehabilitation equipment.

“We accept most insurance plans and offer reasonably-priced, patient-friendly physical therapy services,” says Esguerra. “And, I know our equipment is second to none and our private personal training costs less than most gyms (Brookline offers no annual contract fitness programs). Plus, we can combine that personal training with medically supervised weight loss programs.”

For appointments and additional information, including info about Brookline’s Spinal Decompression Traction for only $50 per treatment, call or visit Brookline Physical Therapy (26837 Tanic Dr.) at 527-6913 or visit the office online at BrooklinePhysicalTherapy.com.

Kathy’s Flowers Wins Best Of Tampa Honors

Kathy’s Flowers, located in the Cory Lake Isles Professional Center on Cross Creek Blvd., has been selected for the 2011 “Best of Tampa” award in the Flowers category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA).

The USCA’s “Best of Local Business” Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.

Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2011 USCA Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USCA and data provided by third parties.

“I am very honored to have won this award,” says owner Kathy Velez of Kathy’s Flowers, which is a great place to do your Valentine’s Day shopping and for all of your floral and small gift needs. “It’s really nice to be recognized this way.”

The USCA is a New York City-based organization funded by local businesses operating in towns, large and small, across America. The purpose of the USCA is to promote local business through public relations, marketing and advertising.

The USCA was established to recognize the best of local businesses in their respective communities. The organization works exclusively with local business owners, trade groups, professional associations, chambers of commerce and other business advertising and marketing groups. The USCA’s mission is to be an advocate for small and medium-sized businesses and business entrepreneurs across the U.S.
