Culver’s is planning a Wesley Chapel location in the Cypress Creek Town Center Development of Regional Impact with frontage along S.R. 56.

As development kicks into high gear in the Cypress Creek Town Center Development of Regional Impact (DRI) in Wesley Chapel, more tenants are announcing plans to move into the area. Most recently, Culver’s has scheduled a meeting with Pasco County officials to discuss their plans for a site along S.R. 56 that could be under construction in 4-5 months.

According to documents submitted to Pasco County, Culver’s is planning a 4,200-square-foot restaurant on a 1.395-acre parcel in Cypress Creek Town Center on the south side of S.R. 56, just east of the Wesley Chapel Blvd. extension, which will feature 110 seats, a drive-thru and 65 parking spaces.

Engineer Harry Newkirk, P.E., says that plans still have to be approved and permits still have to be issued, but construction could begin in 4-5 months.

Culver’s is famous for its trademark “ButterBurgers” and frozen custard and has more than 500 locations in 22 states. A new location recently opened on N. Nebraska Ave., across from the new Walmart Supercenter at the intersection with Bearss Ave.
