The PCSO report states that, while beating him with a belt, Blum pulled his son out of the passenger side door of his vehicle. Witnesses watched as the 17-year-old then attempted to defend himself against his father. Blum’s son stated in PCSO documents that this was the first time that his father, a senior manager for multinational accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, has ever attempted to physically harm him with a weapon. Blum was arrested on domestic violence charges and released on his own recognizance. No additional information
