While Pasco County building permits have painted a much more complete picture of what stores will fill the future Tampa Premium Outlets mall when it opens for business in October on S.R. 56, Simon Property Group has released its first “official” wave of stores announcement.
Scheduled to open on October 29, it’s officially confirmed that Tampa Premium Outlets will be home to

- Brooks Brothers Factory Store
- Coach
- Cole Haan
- Disney Store Outlet
- Ecco
- Express Factory Outlet
- Fossil
- Gap Factory Outlet
- Hartstrings
- Nike Factory Store
- Puma
- Samsonite
“We are very excited to bring these great brands offering tremendous value to Tampa,” said Tampa Premium Outlets general manager Stacey Nance. “Tampa Premium Outlets provides one-stop shopping and these diverse retail offerings will appeal to our entire customer base, which includes not only southwest Florida residents but tourists, as well.” Nance added that the new property will complement nearby Ellenton Premium Outlets as well as Orlando International Premium Outlets and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets.
Upon completion, the 441,000-sq.-ft. outlet mall will be home to 110 stores and several restaurants in its food court.
