RaceTrac Coming To Northwood Palms Blvd., S.R. 56 Intersection

Right now, it just looks like a bunch of turned dirt at the corner of S.R. 56 and Northwood Palms Blvd. in Wesley Chapel. But, in a few months, it will be a busy RaceTrac gas station. 

Across Northwood Palms Blvd. from the recently completed Bonterra Parc at Northwood apartments, construction began in early August on the future 6,000-sq. ft. RaceTrac gas station, the first in Wesley Chapel.

RaceTrac spokesperson Jessica Rice says that the gas station and convenience store should be open in late December or early January.

“(RaceTrac) continues to expand in all of our current markets and building stores where they make the most sense,” Rice says of the future location.

Rice adds that the location will have 18 gas pumps in nine fuel bays, along with a store that features a frozen yogurt and coffee bar, indoor and outdoor seating, along with free Wi-Fi.
