You may remember Charles Tuozzo’s name because he previously owned Charles Jewelers (which is still in business in Tampa Palms) and Sophia’s Boutique, which was named for one of his two daughters.

Well, while Sophia’s was a unique clothing-and-more store for our area, Charles always wanted to get back into the jewelry biz and has now re-opened Sophia’s, in the Publix-anchored New Tampa Center plaza, as Sophia’s Jewelry & Design.
