A local auto dealership group has made a hefty donation to a local charity.
On September 11, we were on hand for the presentation of a check for $11,780 that was donated by the three Williams Automotive Group dealerships in our area — Wesley Chapel Toyota, Wesley Chapel Honda & Tampa Honda — to Everyday Blessings (EverydayBlessingsInc.org), the Thonotosassa-based foster home which works hard to place siblings in permanent adoptive homes together.
The event was held at WC Toyota, but all three Williams dealerships donated $20 for each car sold the last two weeks of August, which sounds like nearly 600 vehicles in only two weeks!
