‘Like A Good Neighbor,’ Jimmy Fisher State Farm Is (Still) There!

Since 1988, Jimmy Fisher has been providing State Farm Auto Insurance to customers in New Tampa, Wesley Chapel and the community in which he was born and raised, Temple Terrace. His long-time office — situated on E. Fowler Ave. in a popular stretch of office and retail plazas a few miles east of Bruce B. Downs (BBD) Blvd. and less than a mile west of I-75 — is most recognizable by the white 1956 Ford Sedan delivery truck with the familiar red State Farm logo. Chamber To Help Oakley’s Grille Celebrate Its 1st Anniversary!

For those of us who live in New Tampa, the ongoing construction on Bruce B. Downs (BBD) Blvd. is a consistent challenge that many of us have to deal with every day. BBD engineer Scott Passmore of KCI Technologies likens road construction to “open-heart surgery while the patient is on the move,” but for many businesses in the local area who have been negatively affected, it’s been more like a heart attack!
