As we all know, Florida really only has two seasons — spring and summer. We’re also the only state where it’s acceptable to sport sandals and a T-shirt to a business meeting. Business people in other states are sweating just thinking about it. Ashton Oaks: Yet Another New Community Being Built Along S.R. 54

Much of Wesley Chapel’s growth in recent years has occurred along S.R. 54, east of Bruce B. Downs (BBD) Blvd., where numerous communities have been developing, with new ones still popping up all the time.
