Apartment Complex Set To Open In New Tampa In October

Future New Tampa residents are signing leases at the Colonial Grand at Hampton Preserve apartment complex, where construction is chugging along right on schedule. The high end, townhouse-style apartments, located off Bruce B. Downs Blvd. and Trout Creek Dr. (near the new Sweetbay supermarket), is set to open in the fall.
