It’s pretty common to see land for sale along S.R. 54 in Wesley Chapel. However, as the area continues to grow, as it has been for several years and is expected to continue during the next several years (especially with development now under way in the Wiregrass Ranch Development of Regional Impact [DRI]), these vacant parcels could soon begin to disappear.Continue reading
