The Wesley Chapel Rotary Club’s team that finished third at the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce (WPCC)’s 13th annual ‘Catch the Buzz’ Spelling Bee on Sept. 15 was well-represented at the Chamber’s Ambassadors Luncheon today, where the WPCC presented a check for $4,700 to the Pepin Academies-Pasco (located in New Port Richey), which was the primary recipient of the net proceeds of the event. As the Tampa Premium Outlets mall gears up for its Grand Opening at the end of October, one of the other major developments on the northeastern side of the S.R. 56/I-75 interchange has experienced a slight setback and the developers of Florida Hospital Center Ice (FHCI) now say that the opening of the largest ice skating facility in Florida has been delayed until the spring of 2016.Continue reading
